Known throughout Grants Pass for his creative instincts and commitment to quality, Aaron’s dishes reflect a blend of refined technique and authentic passion. With a reputation for bold flavors and fresh ideas, Aaron’s vision is simple: deliver unforgettable meals that feel like a celebration of both food and community.
Meet Shanice
Shanice is the driving force behind the front-of-house experience and the voice behind Perez's community engagement. Her background is in the human services field, where she continues to support young children and families through her work with Head Start. She brings the same heart for connection and community to every guest experience at Perez — ensuring that everyone feels welcome, cared for, and part of something special.
