Chef Aaron Perez's love for cooking began as a kid, helping in his mom's catering kitchen to earn money for wrestling. Since then, he's cooked everywhere from Australia to Montana, but there was always something special about coming home. Today, Aaron brings bold twists to familiar favorites, influences from his Native heritage, and a deep love for this community to every plate. Around here, you'll often find old friends, former teammates, teachers, and neighbors gathered around the tables - a reminder that some of the best meals are the ones shared close to home.
